Pros: Owned for almost a year. I bought two pairs. I am still using the first pair. The wraps are sturdy and machine washable. These are not bad for their price. They get the job done; keeping my hands, knuckles, and wrists secure.

Cons: About 4 months of use (3-4 sessions a week), the velcro "scratchy" side on one of the wraps started to come off. It has not come off completely and has been that way ever since; this does not effect the training sessions. If it wasn't for this problem, I would have given this a 5/5 rating.

Comments: A tip for washing these hand wraps: I place the hand wraps in a mesh bag before throwing them in the washing machine. I attach the "scratchy" and "fuzzy" sides of the velcro to each other to prevent them from getting stuck to the mesh bag. Usually this works out 4/5 times.

    Owned For: 1+ years

Pros: Sturdy, with a decent velcro closure that doesn't immediately reduce the wrap to a bunch of fuzz near the finishing end

Cons: Prone to creasing, knots can be a pain to untie and seem to happen often in the washer/dryer even though washed in a mesh bag.

Comments: Was having hand pain using traditional mexican wraps, tried these and had happier hands. Maybe a tiny bit less convenient in some ways than elasticized wraps, but hard to see trying to switch back when these are getting the job done -- and have been for a good while without wearing out. 4 out of 5, but a pretty strong 4.
