It’s a Fine Line

There is something to be said for giving it an all out effort in the gym, but once your form begins to falter and your endurance has hit it’s breaking point, you’d might as well hang ‘em up.  Most injuries in the gym happen when fighters are out of gas and technique has gone out the window.  Know when to push your limits versus when you’re pushing your luck.
