Jabs from Blydell – Dance with your Shadow

Shadow boxing is one of the most important exercises to sharpen and perfect your skills.  When shadow boxing stay focused, practice movement in all directions. Imagine that you are fighting your opponent. Practice throwing punches as well as slipping, ducking, rolling, parrying and countering your opponent.
