Use the Tools You Were Born With

You can’t beat Mother Nature when it comes to building natural strength. The best exercises a fighter can do only require body weight and determination.  Sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, dips and variations on each movement can give a fighter all the raw power he needs to gain the physical edge.
