Pros: Excellent padding/protection for striking, which holds up very well over time.

    Cons: None that I've experienced.

Comments: It also has a padded section that goes along the inside of your wrist., which I found very helpful when training Muay Thai and blocking head kicks. Proper technique leaves your outside hand facing towards the kick - palm first. So this extra padding really helps out. I've never used another set of gloves that had that. I own a pair now but am about to order a second pair because these are the best sparring gloves I've ever used.
