No Burnout Zone

Although it goes against traditional thought, when it comes to training, more is not always better.  Actual training duration (not including a warm-up) shouldn't last longer than an hour. Testosterone levels begin decreasing after 45 minutes of intense exercise and begin being catabolic instead of anabolic.
