Pros: Tough and rugged. Has easily lasted for commercial use. Not only do we use for throws, but lots of strikes as well. Great value for the price!

Cons: Weight is slightly off, but no big deal. Mobility and arm placement could be better. Difficult to get a gi on for judo (again only a problem for those wanting to use a gi).

Comments: Great value and overall our club is very satisfied. We use for when we have odd number of students to make sure everyone has a partner. We use both the 30 & 50 lb dummies.

Pros: Price, Durability. Great for Wrestling, Judo, Greco.

Cons: Head a is a bit small, but I think this might be a pro since it makes my son grip the head tighter so it won't slip out.

Comments: Love this product. My son out grew this dummy. The dummy is now to short and light for him. I will now pass it on to my younger son it is still in great shape after 2 years. I am looking to buy the 50 lb dummy.

Pros: awesome price, tough material, great for rear throws and wrestling shots.

Cons: arms and legs are as stiff as the day i bought it, very tough and not very flexible like the more expensive ones.

Pros: Price!!!, durablility, great for youth wrestling/mma.

Cons: Weight is not as advertised, stiff (barely any movement of the legs), the nylon seam strips can be rough on bare skin/ears, wish the head of the dummy was more realistic in size and shape.

Comments: Can't beat the price. Most dummys I've seen of this quality/size are almost double the price. Works great for youth wrestling. My biggest issue was I ordered the 30lb dummy for my 40lb son for wrestling practice. The dummy we received weighs over 43lbs. My son and his friends beat the crap out of this thing and it still looks like it is brand new. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Pros: Good for ground work, armbar work, RNC, etc

Cons: Wait is not evenly distributed. hands in front, makes it hard to drill throws, my kids constantly getting cuts, because of tough material. dummy not very flexible, make it hard to work with...

Comments: Got my 50lb dummy last year, it works for some drilling, but not for front throws....
