Stay the Course (but Mix it Up)

There is enormous value to the routine of boxing because it helps you repeatedly practice the skills and perfect the technique you rely on being second nature when you enter the ring, but everyone hits that point when their routine becomes monotony and total drudgery.  Know when to change it up, mix up your practice schedule or the order you work in.  Don’t stray too far from the basics, but don’t be afraid to shake it up a little either.
