Pros: Great stand. I have had this stand for about 3 years now and it is very durable and strong. The set up is relatively easy also. It can handle alot of weight also. I have a 100 lb. heavy bag on the main portion of the stand and a 60 lb. uppercut bag on the side. It is great for home use and it will last through the years.

Cons: You will not be able to be very mobile with this stand due to the two front legs for balance purposes. The speed bag does wobble when hit hard so you may want to get creative and find a way to stabilize it better. Overall the stand is amazing.

Pros: Great all-purpose stand that you can use in a relatively small area. Can train on a heavy bag, speed bag, and a double end bag in interval training without having to change bags or move too far away.

Cons: Can not be used at full range--meaning, on the heavy bag, you can't circle it or get any footwork training out of it, rather it's only to be used for stationary punching/kicking combos. The Speed Bag stand is not very secure or tight (it wobbles and shakes really badly vs. a wall-mounted stand that doesn't move, making it smoother to work). As with the heavy bag, the only problem with the double end bag stand part is that you can only work around about a third of the range of movement.

Comments: Highly recommended for home use to use for interval training on bags.

Pros: very stable I just added just 25 pounds plate on each leg and it wont move at all with a 100 pound heavy bag and the everlast anchor. the tallest stand in market with 94 inches besides Cleto Reyes stand who has a 96 inches. very strong stand you will feel like you are training in a professional boxing gym. love the way that you can add the double end bag and add on the right a specialty bag less than 60 pounds. you will have the total boxing experience in your garage.

Cons: The rings that you hang the bags are welded to the stand. the eyes seens as a very strong steel but I dont know if they would wear down from the heavy bags in the future and I might have to take them to a welder to get removed and changed. i know other heavy bags you can change the hooks when they weardown. I am using heavy bag springs and swivel with s hook and clip hooks to minimize weardown. I recommend to use all those items and you can find them on this site. The speed bag its not stable enough when you punch them. I believe its not stable because the wood its not heavy enough and also the stand clip not tight and stable.

Comments: I reserch all the heavy bag stands in the world and this one is the best and the best price for the quality. the quality its great. you will feel the professional gym experience.
